        The use and installation of the printing press bearings are as follows


        First, the support frame is broken, and the inner and outer ring track surface is spalling off, so that the ball movement is not smooth, causing the mechanical lock. This kind of fault is obvious, and the printing machine can run normally only after being repaired. In fact, this kind of failure before cause serious mechanical lock already exists in another type of failure, namely the brace, inner ring and outer ring of the track surface wear, this kind of failure performance is not obvious, the main influence printing quality and is often not easy to the attention of the people of the faults in the printing machine maintenance, since the printing machine can run normally.


        In the process of web printing, when the paper tape breaks and wraps around the drum, the force on the wound part will suddenly increase, resulting in lubrication failure and local damage of the bearing, increasing the clearance of the damaged part of the bearing, causing uneven pressure on the printing surface. If the lubrication is in a semi-failure state for a long time, the track surface of the inner and outer ring of the bearing will severely increase the bearing clearance due to long-term wear, which is usually manifested as insufficient printing pressure, uneven ink color of the printing product, field hair, etc., and in serious cases, less than 30% of the printing dot is lost and more than 70% of the dot is paste.


       Some faults caused by printing press drum bearings can be remedied by operation, while others cannot be remedied by operation, which involves the problem of drum bearing maintenance under what circumstances. Every printing machine has its fixed printing accuracy index, such as dot reappearance and overprint accuracy, etc., which is the basis for us to judge the quality of printing products. Then by observing the printed matter, we can also roughly determine the printing accuracy that the printing press can achieve by running it. According to whether it can produce the printed matter with the required accuracy, we can judge whether to maintain it.


        2. Prevention of printing press drum bearing failure. By analyzing the failure of printing press drum bearing, it can be seen that, in order to prevent the loss of precision of printing press drum bearing, the type of lubricating oil used in printing press should be selected first and replaced in time; Secondly, the tension system of the printing press should be maintained in a normal working state, and the tension system of the printing press should be maintained regularly to make the tension output stable, so as to reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon of paper tape breaking and winding drum in the printing process. In addition, the selection of appropriate raw materials is also an effective way to reduce the failure of printing press roller bearing.
